Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through the inquiry forms on this website, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, the state in which you live, and a description of your credit reporting situation. We also record the page from which an inquiry was submitted. Our hosting and analytics providers may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

Website measurement and analytics

This website uses a first-party measurement system that we operate ourselves on our own servers. It does not use cookies, advertising pixels, cross-site identifiers, session recording, or third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics. For each page view or button click, the system records the event name, the page path with any query string removed, a fixed label identifying which button or section was used, the first page of the visit, the domain name of the site that referred you, campaign tags present in a link, whether the screen was a phone-sized or desktop-sized display, and a random value held in your browser tab that is discarded when the tab closes.

Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, states of residence, descriptions of a credit reporting problem, account information, and any other text typed into a form are never sent into the measurement system, and personal information is never placed in a page address. Measurement records are used only to understand how many people find the site, which pages help them, and how often the office is contacted.

Because no cookies and no cross-site or persistent identifiers are used and no personal information is collected, this measurement does not require a consent banner. You may still switch it off for this browser at any time using the control below, and we automatically honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals sent by your browser.

Form processing

Inquiry forms are submitted directly to our own servers and stored in a database we control, hosted for us by our infrastructure provider under confidentiality obligations. Form submissions are not routed through advertising networks or marketing platforms. To limit automated abuse, we store a one-way, irreversible fingerprint derived from the network address and browser of the sending device; that value cannot be reversed to identify you and is used solely to rate-limit repeated submissions. After a successful submission you are taken to a confirmation page that contains none of the information you entered.

How we use it

Information submitted through this site is used to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate whether this office can assist with your credit reporting matter, and to maintain records of communications. If you become a client, information you provide is used to perform the legal services described in your engagement agreement.

Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers that host our systems and support our operations under confidentiality obligations, to consumer reporting agencies, furnishers, or courts where necessary to pursue a matter you have authorized us to handle, and where required by law.

Confidentiality of legal communications

Information transmitted through this website before an engagement agreement is signed is not protected by the attorney-client privilege. Please do not send confidential or sensitive details, including full account numbers or Social Security numbers, through the website forms.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your request and to satisfy our professional and legal recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted through this website by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or the sharing of personal information, and we will honor those rights as applicable law requires.
