Attorney advertising

This website may be considered attorney advertising in some jurisdictions. Responsibility for its content rests with this office, located at 2350 N. Sam Houston Parkway East, Suite 400, Houston, Texas 77032.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no page here addresses the particular facts of your credit file. Credit reporting matters turn on documents, dates, and the responses of specific agencies and furnishers. Speak with a licensed attorney before acting on anything you read here.

No attorney-client relationship

Submitting a form, sending email, or calling this office does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only upon a signed written engagement agreement between you and this office.

No guaranteed results

Outcomes depend on the facts of each credit file and on the conduct of the reporting agencies and furnishers involved. Prior results do not predict or guarantee a similar outcome in any other matter, and we make no promise of a specific score change, deletion, or recovery.

Accurate information stays

We do not remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from a credit report. Our work is limited to information that is inaccurate, incomplete, obsolete, or unverifiable under federal law.

Jurisdiction

The Fair Credit Reporting Act is federal law and we accept matters from consumers in every state. Where a matter requires representation governed by the rules of another jurisdiction, we associate with or refer to counsel admitted there as those rules require.
