Attorney on a telephone call holding a case file beside an office window

Free report review

Tell us what is on your reports and we will tell you what can be done

The initial review costs nothing and carries no obligation. You receive a written assessment identifying each questionable item, the reason it is questionable, and the legal basis for challenging it.

Request your free credit report review

Tell us what is happening and our attorney-directed team will respond within one business day. There is no cost and no obligation for the initial review.

For your protection, do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, identification documents, or complete credit reports through this public form.

Your information is submitted securely and is never published or sold. See our Privacy Policy. Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship. You may also email help@helpfixmycreditreport.com.

Reach our team

Call (281) 971-0200 during business hours, or email help@helpfixmycreditreport.com at any time. Every inquiry receives a response within one business day. We serve consumers in all fifty states and the District of Columbia, and the entire engagement is handled remotely, so there is no office visit required.

What to include in your first message

Your name and the state you live in, a short description of the problem as you understand it, and whether you have already disputed anything with the bureaus. If you have copies of your reports, say so. If you do not, say that instead and we will walk you through obtaining them at no cost. Please do not send your full social security number, account numbers, or images of identification in an initial email. We will provide a secure channel once the matter is opened.

Time sensitive situations

Tell us immediately if you are in the middle of a mortgage or auto application, if you have been served with a collection lawsuit, or if you are dealing with active identity theft. Those files are handled on a different footing, because deadlines are running and the sequence of the work changes.

Contacting this firm does not create an attorney client relationship. That relationship begins only when a written engagement agreement is signed by both you and the firm. Please do not send confidential information until that agreement is in place.
