Built around lawyers, not around dispute volume
We started this practice because the credit repair industry was selling a process it could not finish. Letters went out, responses came back verified, and there was no next step. We built a firm where the next step exists.

How we are structured
An attorney owns the strategy, a trained team carries the record
Every client file is assigned to an attorney responsible for the strategy and the outcome. Paralegals and analysts handle report audits, evidence assembly, deadline tracking, and correspondence records.
We do not outsource dispute preparation to a third party processor, and we do not use a template library that generates letters without a human reading the report first.
What we believe about this work
Inaccurate credit reporting is a legal problem that happens to be sold as a consumer service. The cost of an error is measured in interest paid over decades, in a mortgage application denied, in an apartment lost, in employment screening that never produced a call back. The person harmed did nothing wrong, and the entity that caused it faces very little consequence unless someone imposes one. That is the gap our practice exists to close.
We also believe consumers are told a great deal that is not true about credit. That scores can be bought. That a specific number of points can be promised. That accurate delinquent history can be erased with the right letter. None of that is real, and providers who trade on it make the legitimate work harder. We would rather lose a prospective client to candor than take a fee for something that cannot be delivered.
What we will not do
We will not advise a client to dispute information that is accurate. We will not create or assist in creating a new credit identity, and we will not have anything to do with credit privacy numbers or employer identification numbers used in place of a social security number. We will not sell authorized user tradelines. We will not promise a score, a deletion, or a timeline that depends on decisions other parties make. Each of those practices is common in this industry, and each ranges from useless to criminal.
How we work with clients
You receive copies of everything we send and everything we receive. You are told what the responses mean, including when a response is bad for the file. You have a direct line to the people handling your matter rather than a general queue. And you receive an honest assessment at the start, including the assessment that you do not need us, when that is the accurate answer.

Nationwide by design
The same attorneys, whatever county you live in
Because credit reporting is governed by federal law and the bureaus operate nationally, we serve clients in all fifty states, working remotely from intake through resolution.
A client in a rural county has access to the same attorneys as a client in a major metropolitan area, which is not true of most legal services.
